    sup guys, I got a question. Im on my 5th week of my test-e only cycle. I wanna extend the cycle beyond 10 weeks but dont know what to add to it. I wanted to take some other gear, maybe switching to cyp instead of test-e. This is my 4th cycle so far. My gains are great since im eating clean on this cycle, growing leaner too.

    (Just a question here, if im wrong correct me here, never done a cycle beyond 10 weeks)

    If i were to run deca at 300mgs a week, would it have been best if i took it since the beginning of the cycle(start). Maybe taking some prop or dbol on week 10-14. dbol 35mgs a day for 4 weeks and Prop for 150mgs eod. Also to run some Test-cyp on weeks 10-20 at 200-300 (a low dose) so deca wont shut me down.



    or if not that, me take some Prop and Winny for weeks 11-20.
    Prop: 150mgs eod weeks 11-20
    winny: 50mgs eod weeks 11-16
    (add cardio).



    Currently im not doing cardio on my test-e only cycle due to no time:(. Damn summer job i got and by the time i get out and finish my workouts, i got no energy. But in about 3 weeks im done with my summer job so therefore i wanted to extend the cycle, so i can add some cardio on it and get my maximum results. With the clean diet im eating right now, im gaining lean muscle but i know i can get leaner if i do cardio.

    I just dont wanna get off the cycle im on, loving the gains and 10 weeks wont be enough.:D

    solid bro. i love prop and winny. that would harden up your gains real nice.

      Why do you want to switch from eth to cyp? There's really not much difference. And I will tell you that if your like the look of lean hard gains so far, don't use deca. You will bloat alot more.

          I second forget the deca, but if you have any joint issues i would say screw the winstrol (my tendons aren't the greatest) and replace with something like tren for more mass and strength. But if your bodyfat is really low maybe masteron.

            thats what i was thinking, since im growing leaner and hard i dont wanna look watery like before.

            im probably going to drop the test-e and replace it with Prop for weeks 11-20 instead. Someone in another board told me to switch it since it (Prop) wont aromatize alot like Test-e or cyp.

            if i have an ankle injury bro, that i got 2 years ago. Fucked it up really bad, still hurts at times when im squating or even when i go for a jog. Would Winstrol make the pain worst. If it continues hurting im gonna have to get it x-rayed. I dont wanna live with the pain for the rest of my life. I rather have it fixed.:(

                Give me a little more info on your injury. Like where exactly is the pain? If it turns out to be a tendon I would avoid winstrol. Winstrol actually helps build/repair (in a sense) tendons, BUT it build them much weaker so they are more likely to tear and give you problems. If you can throw in EQ it increases the the building strength by about 320% I believe. If you want the exact article let me know; it's been posted hundreds of times.

                  about 2-3 years ago in my bday decemeber 2001, i was gonna have a cookout here in my house. We went to a buds house to get fire wood. My friend had a basketball court which was 10 feet high. Me with my ability to jump high, i did but when i landed i landed on a 2x4 board. My left ankle twisted or something, heard a loud pop. I got up and feel, was in terrible pain. But since I was drinking all night, the pain wasnt all there till the next day. It was huge and purple, couldnt wear shoes, nor my boots. Had to use crutches, and walking limping. It hurt all the way to my knee, my shins hurt. After a year later, not trained legs did legs and the pain is still there. At times right now it feels uncomfortable. Still feel a pinch and also could hear the bones rub against each other when i move the anle in a certain postition.

                    Well bro it would probably be best to get that looked at, but I would highly advise against using winstrol. Your Achilles tendon runs form the base of the gastrocnemius muscle of the calf down to the calcaneal bone of the heel. If this is damaged it makes it difficult to raise the heel (aka jump). So thats one possibility, also there are many tendon sheaths in the foot. They are like little tunnels that hold your tendons. If your tendons are inflamed form damage this could cause severe pain. So bro there's lots of potential problems, but with any of them I would not take winstrol. EQ however would be benifical if you insist on training and not resting. So I hope this helped bro, stay safe and get that looked at.
