Hey, I took my first does of slin today started at 3IUS i know they say it is safe to go to sleep 4 hours after taking slin but is this true as well with Humulin R

As long as your getting 10 carbs for every IU you should be fine. Remeber to eat a meal/protein shake, etc before bed.
