I have only seen the 200mg/ml. Are you sure they make 100mg/ml? Here is the 200mg/ml.

I've only seen the 200 mg myself, w/ the green top like Bouncer posted. Actually using it right now. Not sure if the make 100 mg.

I suspect it may be fake by initial impression. It has a metal crimp cap, both in bouncers pics have plastic caps, and the B in Boldabol looks misprinted. I may be wrong, but those two things look off to me.
