im 6'1 232 was 255lbs this spring cutting up refining for summer.
Feels good not be be so bulked I'm 34 yrs old training over 20 yrs.

I don't know b/f imagine 10% to 12% now

pretty basic cycles never used gh nor any fancy drugs mostly built up yrs ago on brovel and tornel t-200 tests.
