    I am in my upper 30's and weigh in the upper 190's. Didn't lift for several years. Started back about a year ago. Can bench around 300 and squat in the mid 3's. How bout some sample cycles for my virgin receptors.

    400-500mgs test E 10-12 weeks. thats the best for a first time IMO.

      Test-only is the best way to go on a first cycle. It will let you guage your sensitivity to estrogen, which you couldn't pinpoint if you were stacking with any AAS that can cause progesterone build-up.

          I guess my goal would be to put on as much size and strength that I can. So I'll quit being pissed off when I see people come in the gym all out of shape and still stronger than me/
