like me, i work out for an hour or sometimes less. But i get my 15 sets for major muscles groups while doing about 9 for smaller ones. I work out 3 days on 1off, but recently my heads been hurting. Right now im in pain, huge headache. It feels like when your doing something intense and it wont go away. I feel alot of pressure too, like when u make a mad face and make that mean look to frighten people, well i feel like that 24/7. Just hurts.:(

I agree. Like I have stated before I dont compete or have any good genetics. I focus mainly on all compound movements and do total body workouts that last at the most 45min. My focus is to add weight, even if it is just a pound or two, to my squat, deads, bench, press, weighted chin, ect. ect. I have had great success with mon., wed. fri. while on cycle and mon., thurs. when off. That gives me time for cardio on days I dont lift. Alot of people can grow spending 5 or 6 days aweek in the gym. I cant. I overtrain. My three workouts a week are very tough. Here is a one of my days.... squat 3x 6-8
      press 3x 6 -8
      weigted chins 3x 6-8
      shrugs 3x 10 -15
It dont look like much, but I work pretty hard and usually blasts me. This works for me cuz I am just looking for size and strength. Everybody is different, I think ya just gotta learn your body and what it responds to..

      thanx

There's nothing wrong with taking an unscheduled day off every once in awhile. Sometimes, your body is overtrained and it's the best thing for you....other times, your energy will be low because your immune system is trying to fight something off. Don't confuse a low energy level / overall bad feeling with laziness...sometimes, our bodies are trying to tell us something.

very true. I can tell the difference between them two. But your right, when we are tired of sometime the body lets us know.
