    i have a friend he plays baseball he weigh about 215 want to cut down to 195 he has a lot of baby fat still. is there any type of anabolic that he could take to help him loose his baby fat? i was telling him about the meltdown-z14 by vpx. but i want him to take an anabolic instead. is meltdown z-14 any good. he not going to take winstrol because he is a ball player. hes 20yr. he eats how he is supposed to. only healthy foods. so diet isnt a concern. he trains hard but hasnt managed to loose that baby fat.

      anaboic steroids arent what's gonna cut you up, diet and cardio is responsible for that, does he do alot of cardio?

        I don't get your statement about not using winny? you say he won't because he is a ball player , but yet "your friend" wants to use an anabolic..

          he needs to play with his diet more!! cardio would help

            hmmm, doesn't wanna use winny because he's a ball player but open to any other kind of anabolic? he just needs to run his ass off and keep eating even more of the right foods

              As stated above diet and cardio for a kick mabye an eca and clen rotation

                The key is diet. Anabolics and cardio fall a far 2nd to diet. There is nothing in this world that can change your body faster then food can.

                    This is so true! Your "friend" also might want to look into carb cycling. Combined with a decent cardio program (using windsprints, etc..) the pounds of fat will drop off quickly.

                      I def. need to work the cardio in more. I should be doing it everyday but it's just so hard to get that extra time in. With working 40+ hours a week and 5 days in the gym, the extra 30 min is sometimes hard to come by. :(

                      hard work and decipline are key to building the perfect phisque.

                          Although I agree that he can acheive his goals with diet alone, if he wants some extra help I have to agree with leanandmean...a clen/ECA rotation would work. Forget the anabolics.
