    Hey well you guys all seem to have some great input on cycles here. So I'll ask what you would suggest for me. I'm 35, 5'10", 190lbs at about 12% body fat. Been training for about 15 years - off and on. I have actually only been back training for about 6 months - was out for a couple years due to chronic pain from a dislocated shoulder. Midway through a deca/d-bol/test cycle now. This is my fourth cycle. Doing about 200mg d-bol/week - starting down curve now. 400mg deca and 600 mg test a week. Strength results were great. Starting bench was 275lbs, now at 365lbs. Squat from 315lbs to 455lbs.

    What I am wanting is more lean mass.

    Suggestions?

    This would be after my current cycle ends.

    how much size have you put on from this one so far?

      Started at a weight of 178lbs. My weight varies around 190 now, give or take a couple pounds. Bodyfat has gone down as well, was probably around 19-20% before

          I am not much of a calorie counter myself. But in terms of what and how I eat goes something like this. Usually start with a shake in the morning, and around mid evening. I dont have specified times of when I eat - partially because of my job. But I eat about a cup of rice and a large half chicken breast 3-4 times a day usually with salsa

            my best cycle for lean mass has been prop/tren/winny.....

            I only gained a few lbs of total weight but my body weight and bf% went down while getting stronger and more vascular...pretty tough for and endo/meso

                  Those are some big increases in weight. Be careful though, since your muscles are getting stronger faster than your joints are. You may want to allow your joints some time to catch up before you jump to the next big milestone.

                    I know I am new at these boards but I have some good advice for you if you want to put some pounds on. First and foremost you need to be on a good diet (eat at least 5 times a day, with well balanced meals and take 40 grams of protein every 3 to 4 hours) second is plenty of sleep 8 to 10 hours a day with a nap here and there. Lastly, make a good heavy work out routine, but it’s very imported to keep in mind not to over train. I hope this will be of some help to you.

                      Yes, I agree. I have been trying to pace myself as I suffered a dislocated shoulder two years ago. Pain is minimal at this point - finding deca is working well to compensate some of the pain. I guess I still have some of that mentality of trying push the heavy weights when I shouldnt. Takes alot of discipline to keep things in moderation sometimes.


                      On a completely different note, what have been your (or anyones)experiences with alcohol while training. I know your not supposed to drink while on, but does it chemically effect any cycles one might be doing. Is a glass of wine ok? Or should one stay away from it entirely?

                        Don’t do it!!!!!!!!!!
                        I almost died, I do not know if it was the cheep steroids I was using or I just had too much to drink? All I know I was feeling like shit. :(

                          A glass of wine is fine. The whole point of not drinking while on is because AAS put extra strain on your organs. 1 glass of wine a day is actually good for you.

                              I feel its very important to consider joints, ligaments and tendons while on a cycle. Your connective tissue generally becomes much weaker on a cycle (winstrol and test). Deca is good at keeping things lubricated, but EQ would be very beneficial for its strengthening of tendons. Also HGH would do you well in that aspect and help with the Body fat.
