think i screwed up!!

Im taking Testabolin and Nolvadex at the same time. I was told there would be benefits other than post cycle benefits. I knew people took it after cycles but i was told it was ok to take during. Now im finding out its not. Can someone tell me if it screwed up my cycle or if i have to take it again after the cycle. I am planning on starting a cycle of Lions Nutritions M 1 T. Now what do i do!! thanks for your suggestions. Oh and by the way, i am on my last few days of Testabolin. i only cycled for about 3 to 4 weeks. thanks.

Testabolin is just 1-test. Doesn't aromatize so there is no need to take nolvadex. The nolvadex is only needed for PCT. Didn't really fuck up your cycle, you just wasted your nolva is all. Do your pct with nolva when you're done with your 1-test cycle. Don't start the m1 right away.

Wait at least 3-4 weeks before ur m1t cycle. Then ask more questions about that.
