I have been off IGF-1 for three days, man I sure missed it. (I went out of town and could not transport and store it). I seemed to feel fine, but could tell something was a miss...still can't put my finger on it though...I know I sure missed my workouts (GOLD's wanted $15 per-day). I'll keep the crew updated from here on out.

As a side note, I think I made a poor decision on starting the IGF-1, etc. at this time of year. I should have waited until Jan. 1...hint, my Mom makes SWEET POTATO PIE, and my Aunt makes the BEST PEANUT BUTTER BALLS on the PLANET...I haven't fallen, but I know I will for my family's sake :D
