It seems to be very hard to inject in the butt, since you have to reach around and basically do it with one hand. As far as that goes, the delt is the same way.

Any tips?

Its like you have to push it in, and leave it there like a darted rhino while you reposition your hand to push the plunger.

Why don't you just do your quad? It's so much easier and has a higher pain tolerance. I never do the ass or delts. You can do your chest if you're feeling like a bad ass. Maybe try sticking it with your left so you can plunge with your right, or stand backwards from a mirror.

lots of practice. yeah its a little bit of manuvering but you get used to it.

Some guys lie on their side, and cross their leg over to hit the glute.. I don't have a problem with glute shots (junk in da trunk), but I do like to hit other spots like delts and pecs.. ;)

You probably should be aspirating...if you can't manage it with one hand on some spots (lats / glutes) then get someone to inject for you.

its when you pull back on the plunger of the syringe to see if it fills with blood--which means your in a vein if it does! so you need to move spots before injecting!!!

you do NOT want to inject into a vein!!!!


you need to do more research!!!!!!!!

Thats what I thought it was. Just makin sure. I did inject myself with b-12 once before without pulling back on the plunger first. and din't die or anything, but i'll make sure and aspirate. Shit, there's a lot to know.
