ok guys,i am a novice to roids but have done PH's and m1t and stuff,i am 20 5'8'' 200lbs 12% bf or so....here is what my cycle plan looks like
weeks 1-2 sust 250 EOD (only have 1,250mg of sust.)
weeks 1-10(possible 11 or 12) test E 500mg per week
weeks 1-10 eq 400mg per week
weeks 7-12 50mg winny per day (weeks may change depending on how long test lasts)
weeks 13-14 nolva at 40mg per day
weeks 15-16 nolva at 20mg per day
while on cycle as a precaution i will be taking a combo pill of 10mg nolva/ .25 adex...i understand some say it inhibits gains,but it is my first cycle,i am sure i will get some gains anyway
while on i wanna get lean mass,but i am gonna eat a lot and eat clean,just do a lil extra cardio if fat comes along. I plan on carb cycling H,L,L,N,H,L,N days like that to keep the metabolism guessing
i am supplementing while on cycle with hawthorn berries,vitamin c,vitamin b complex,acne blast,flax seed,garlic pills,multivitamin
any positive or concerning suggestions would be great,thanx to all that respond
