thanx for the concern diamond,i do feel a lil bit anxious which might be bad when it comes down to the injecting. i was thinkin about bumpin up the inject date to tomorrow,but then i wont have a friend to do my first shot for me like i had wanted,but i guess i gotta be a man sooner or later...i wont lie,i am pretty nervous bt also excited...i will have to see how tomorrow lays out,i will let yall know when i come to the "dark side" if yall cant feel the power internally when i finally do it ;)

hey man, injects arent bad at all..I understand your trepidation but just hold it almost like you are holding a dart..the object is to break the skin quickly..it doesnt hurt going into the muscle..remember-quick jab- then aspirate by drawing back on the plunger to check for blood...no blood..then inject slowly....you'll be a pro in no time

thanx guys,i did my first shot yesterday,went pretty good..surprised at how slow it actually comes out i was usin 23g 1''...felt like i had been deadlegged all day yesterday and today...i always read about people feelin the pain after their first few shots but i was hopin i wasnt normal..oh but i am. i know i moved the pin around a lil bit while in the muscle cuz i wasnt expecting to have to push so hard,and that has caused a very small 1X3 inch red mark on my quad..i jus assume it is swelling and will go down,but when you develop an abcess is the swelling THAT much greater then normal "first shot" swelling?i am not too nervous but the red mark isnt even by where i injected,it is about an inch closer to the knee cap,i thought that was weird but oh well...lemme know what ya think
