Anti-E while on cycle...i got a Q

during my cycle,i plan on taking .25mg of Adex with 10mg of nolva (it is a customized pill)...i know people say it hinders gain,and some call bullsh*t...i was wondering,if it hinders gains,by how much?? i was possibly thinkin about takin a pill EOD instead of what my friend recommended of ED...let me know your thoughts...thanx

Nolva lowers your igf-1 levels by about 25%. Plus both will lower the estrogen and that will eventually dry you out. And water is desirable for anabolism. However I think it's overexaggerated about how much gain is hindered. I think it's a slight difference, but not enough to justify not using it.

It doesnt "hinder" gains bro. It keeps you from bloating, which makes it APPEAR that you didnt gain as much. It basically makes it a "cleaner" cycle.

I dont about needing to take dex AND nolva during cycle???

I'd say .25 dex and ur good.

Just stick with the aromatase inhibitor, you'll be fine.. Adex at .25mg EOD should be fine, hit the nolva if gyno still pops up..

thanx for replyin guys...i know it lowers estrogen and keeps the water off,but you always hear about how it hinders gains and blah blah,i was jus seein if it were really true but looks like it is a lil more exaggerated...i cant just take adex cuz it is a combo pill with .25 adex and 10mg nolva...so i will have to live with it...plus i got nolva for pct as well

Are you susceptable to gyno? If not then just don't take it at all. Just start up if you feel gyno setting in.

Bro, if u just wait till you get some real signs of gyno the nolva will dissipate it in a week or two. Its really not a fair battle in my opinion. I love bloat, lmao!!!:rofl:

FINALLY!! someone read why i was so curious about it...i understand takin the adex by itself would be best,but i dont have that option...so is adex with nolva better or worse than nothing at all??
