Substitute for posing oil

Probably not the right forum, but what's a good oil to use as posing oil that you can get at your local grocery store?

A lot of guys do use Pam. I never used any oil at all. I always spray on Hot Stuff. It gave me just a tad of a shine. I think a lot of guys over due it with oil.

Why not 10w-30? Helps give a little bit of a tanning effect.:D J/K Everyone I know uses the baby oil. I use it, but not for posing. :D
