  • The pain..

    Well I am now about 4 weeks into a tren/test cycle.. And I am happy with the way things are going, strength is going up, and I just look fuller and better..

    However, I am having one problem. I am getting cramping in my muscles something awful. Doing shoulders is agony, and any exercise where I have to grip really hard hurts like hell.. And my lower back feels like someone tightened a screw too much, it just aches..

    Anything I can take that will help with this at all? I have been drinking water and Gatoraide like crazy, but still getting cramping while lifting and biking.. Its not going to make me stop the cycle, but its certainly uncomfortable..

    The good old lower back pumps. I get them to brother. It's all part of the fun. If you are getting actual cramps you may want to up your intake of potassium.

      try to intake some potassium like Chadd said. most likely it is the pump combined with being dried out from the tren.

        I will have to look at my multi-vitamin, but how much potassium should I be looking at per day? I am heading to the gym in a bit and I will try to pick up something that only has potassium in it.

        Thanks for the help guys.. Just got off the bike, and I feel like I got beat with a nightstick for the last 10 miles of my ride..

        Oh, and its not really a cramp. Its more like a pump.. Just too much, its much more then you would usually get from just hanging onto a bike, or lifting some weights.. Seems that some muscles are much more succeptable to it.. I never (at least not yet) have gotten it in my chest, for example..

          I would get that really bad a while back when I would do lat pull downs. Using straps helped a bit but not a miracle.

                you can thank tren for the pumps. I get the same ones in my forearms and it is impossible to workout with them.

                        Yup.. Lat pulldowns are like a nightmare for me now.. My strength is soaring, but it feels like my forearms are going to blow up if I put any more weight on some of the machines..

                        Today was chest, and that's usually not too bad.. Flies suck a bit, but the thing that killed today was the decline.. I usually do it on a Hammer Strength machine, and I can load the hell out of that fucker.. But my arms suffer for it now..

                        Oh well, I guess its a price you pay for becoming stronger then some small brama bulls. :)

                          I can't believe no one has mentioned Taurine. Take some Taurine at 8 to 10 grams ed and it will take care of the cramps. Also make sure you are getting potassium and Magnesium. You can buy Taurine in bulk powder form pretty cheap from 1fast400. It is slightly sour but not too bad. You can just mix a little with water and drink it or cap it up.
