You can start at 20mcg, then increase it by 10-20 per day. Try 10 first and if that is not enough, then increase it by 20 instead. Clen is not calculated with weight, it is just given in certain doses. If it works, then you use that dose, if not, you increase.
In other words, you could be taking the same amount that a 250lbs man would take.

if those aren't in order, you need 0 mcg's, yes that's ZEROmcg's of clen.
I dunno man...I first read it on Bolex about 2 years ago. Can't remember if it was linked to another baord or what. I just remember someone making the referance.
