I don't know why the "GH gut" happens to some and not all, but I personally think you're too young for GH. Maybe I'm wrong, but one of the vets can answer. BB

If he was trying to use it as a standalone or with aas, then at his age he probably wouldn't see as much benefit as someone in there 30's or 40's. However, I believe he's trying to stack it with slin to down regulate his insulin sensitivity. Only thing I can think of is maybe the other guys aren't using as much GH as the monsters are.

That plays a big role bro.

GH gut is a factor of a few things. I have been on GH for a total of about a year. I was on for about 5 months and then off for 4-5 months and now back on for good.

Some people just have stomachs that are extended, some people put fat on the inside of there stomach and some on the outside. Have you guys ever seen someone that has a big belly like a water mellon but it is rock solid to the touch? That is a person that stores fat under the abdomen and it pushes the abs out. Now bodybuilders arent going to have alot of fat but add in GH, AAS, tons of food and water and you have a "GH gut".

Ask sana, when I am offseason I dont really get fat but my stomach extends a great deal. When im cutting it goes back down.

You may want to get that checked dude. You shouldn't be having that problem. May even be acid reflux disease. That will gradually worsen over time as it wears your esophogus out. Possible though may even be the foods that you're eating. I get acid reflux only if I eat too much tomato based foods.

my dad has a bit gut. He dont work out nor take gh. He's not fat, comes from a thin frame, narrow shoulders, wide hip, small legs but his stomach is big. I guess like u say bouncer some store fat under the muscle, thats how my dad is. He doesnt even eat alot nor drink beer. I guess im the other way around, my stomach gets fat on top not the inside.:(

my stomach doesnt really stick out, but its level with my chest and not completly flat all the time like id like. When i diet iv shown to lose 4-5 inches on my waist, but i have ripped abs yr round haha. When i start GH im gonna watch it and try not to ever STUFF myself, just fill myself up and make sure i get my protein intake in. Iv also heard wear a weight belt tight during workouts to help minimize distension also. Im just worried about GH gut cuase once its there, its there to stay. Coleman would have the most unbelievable physique in history if not for the gut. I feel there is no point to bodybuilding if ur not aesthetic and symmetrical, and the gut just looks plain BAD

BOUNCER do you think he will get decent results at 21 years old. i am curious because i am 22 and i have been thinking of uisng gh but i did not think the results would be worth the money at my age.
