Average about 4000-4500 Cal/day
6-7 meals/day
300-350g of protien (Whey, Egg whites, chicken, lean steak)
I try to consume the majority of my carbs in the first 4 meals (Oats, veggies, whole wheat products) Consume more of my fats in meals 4-6.
Goals:I am currently training to fight in MMA. I am well over a year away from any events that would be drug tested. I need to drop BF which is happening naturally as a result of my training, but I would like to get down to 12-13% if possible. I don't care how much I weigh as I move well at very heavy weights. I have been as big as 325 at 17%. Basically I want to improve my explosive streghth and over-all power and improve the quality of my over-all body comp as much as possible.
Training:
I would consider myself of above average experience and knowledge in the weightroom but not and expert by any means. I have cut my WR time back to 4 days a week into a pretty simple Chest and Tri/Legs/Shoulders/Back and Bi split.
Genes:
Fairly wide shoulders, relitively thin waist, big bones, bulk easily up to a point. I tend to carry BF in the middle of my stomach, love handles and chest (Have a hard time losing since I was about 25). I have reason to believe I would be suseptable to gyno.
Last Cycle:
8 years ago. Winstrol only. (Just did it with no real knowledge of what I was doing)
What I have available:
Deca, Tren, Cyp and Arimidex.
I don't have a lot of the cyp. only 4000mg.
I can also get the other PCT producs as needed.
Based on the info I have given above I was looking for help planning out a 12-16 week cycle. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks
