Hello everyone, i got 2 questions...
Ive done about 4 cycles (I use to weigh about 180pds) and i seem to be stuck at about 208 and 210, im now finishing a dbol Sust cycle of 8 weeks witch was suppose to be 10 but..... ran the dbol for 4 weeks 25mg and 500mg of Sust a week. How can i pass this weight barier ? im now going to take a good 8 weeks off and then most likely go back on so i need advise. Oh food/calories high intake atleast 3k daily protein about 120 to 150g daily. My other question is i dont have a high body fat percentage at all actualy i've always been pretty skiny and always had a hard time to gain yet i cant get the six pack, why ?
I know there are diff body types but you would think i would be able to get them , anyways i do pretty much abs each day or eod and i usualy do 4 sets of asmany reps as possible i do decline leg raises.... any advise ?
