          I did. I was almost at 200 when I ended my last bulk. I recently cycled off creatine and just finished recovory. I've also been partying a bit too much...lol. My strength has droped a bit as well. I'm back on track now though. I'll be back in no time. Starting a cut with such low BF, I should be shreded in 8 weeks.

                  My diet today was terrible. I went to a birthday party and I couldnt resist the "bad" food...lol. I'll have to do better than this. My wo was OK. I'm still feeling weak from all the travelling I've been doing. I do feel better though.

                  The injections have been painless so far. No soreness afterward.

                    This injecting every day really sucks! It gets old quick. My wos are getting better and better. My drive is way up and so is agression. I can tell the tren is doing its thing. I had my BF checked today and it was at 6.5%!!! A little more to go. My weight is going up though? I can see my muscles becoming fuller too.

                      I spent the last 2 days in Orlando Florida. Hurricane city...lol. I found a great gym called Metro Muscle that I used while I was there. My wo's kicked a$$! Motivation and agression is even higher. My body is as hard as a rock too. Libido has increased too! Strenght is going up as well. I also hit a vein again. First time on this cycle. When I asperated blood just flowed right into the syringe. 1" in the quad and I had to pull out and go it again!

                        I would cut either incline presses or flat presses out completely. Find the one you like best to use as the main exercise. then every 6 weeks or so throw the other one in instead of the main one. I would cut back the actual sets on specific tricep movements to only 2 each since even though your chest work is indirect work it still contributes to over training the muscle fibers. also might want to throw either flyes or crossovers in there to work the chest only. something like this

                        Flat bench- 2sets
                        Crossover-1 set
                        Dips- 2 sets
                        closegrip-2 sets
                        skullcrushers 1 or 2 sets

                            Things are going well. Pumps are awesome! My weight is still going up too. However, I'm starting to show gyno development in my right nipple. Same as last cycle. I'm starting Nolve treatment tonight. 80mg for a week then down to 40 untill it goes away.
