As you all might know by now,this is my first cycle and i have a quick question about water weight. I am in the middle of week 3 of 600mg test E and 400mg EQ and my chest has hardened up and my arms got a lil bibber,and i have been eating real clean,but i notice a layer of fat around my stomach that didnt used to be there before the cycle. Its mostly the lower ab region and i just contributed it to water weight,but is it likely fat? i am taking 10mg nolva daily and .25 Adex daily,thats why the water is surprising,but yall think it is still water and is it easy to shed post cycle with proper PCT?? thanx all guys

i appreciate what yall are doin,but for me to post everything i eat wouldnt help too much cuz i am in college and the cafeteria serves different stuff each day. I by no means eat perfect or even really super clean..i simply no i havent eaten food that would cause the "fat" on my stomach leading me to believe its water.i was wonderin how hard and fast it sheds post workout...although i was planning on doin creatine during PCT to try to retain gains

Just to let you know if you are not working out your lower abs right now and everyday you work out then hell yeah it will be hard to get off post cycle. I am talking from experience bro. I didnt work those damn things out at all and shit man I started to get some layer too. I still have it a little and I have been off 2months!
