  • long cycles = stable gains

Been on 4 months now of basically 500mg of test. I did some winny in the middle. I was just wondering if I stay on any longer should I up my dosage or should I just drop it down to 250mg e5d. I just feel like I am just kinda cruising along now. I gained quite a bit of weight and right now I have been cutting out some useless cals and upping my cardio.

    (1) Would I lose much lean mass by dropping down to e5d shots @250mg per??(since I am doing more cardio) insted of sat. wed. shot schedule.

(2)If I did decide to blast into a heavier cycle would it be wise to do what I described above or just stay at 500mg and go from there??

(3)You all that do longer cycles.....When you come off do ya feel as if you retained more???

I have plenty of test, eq, and dbol. Thought about sheding some fat for a month or two and then throwing in 500- 600mg of eq. I would love to try tren but winny has broke me out all 3 times I have used it and this last time it was bad, however dbol didnt so I guess I would just have to try it and see.

Once the body has a certain amount of a substance, it cant use any more. You wont see any benifits in lifting the dose at this stage, it would be a waste

I would be suprised if you told me you had made continueous steady gains throughout the whole four months using the same test, not possible

Actually I have made pretty steady gains through out the cycle. The first ten weeks was the best but I had to take a break due to a death and then I had to take 7 days off just to give my body a break. My weight gain has slowed but strength is still climbing slowly. veins have been coming out a little more. Funny thing is my sex drive is still getting more insatiabale. I just know some bros say longer cycles contributed to more permenent gains.

        thanx

Yes I can say that after doing more than a year using compounds my bodyweight stayed exactly where it was when I went off. I can now sustain 205 easy when I am clean whereas before that cycle I had a tough time topping 185 or 190. would I reccomend that to the general user, probably not.

Ahh...so you say you made the best gains in the 1st 10 weeks, and that your weight gain has slowed

Yeah. I took about a week off and when I hit the gym again I picked up another few pounds. Strength is still increasing slowly but I feel that my body is taking a beating on this 5 rep range I have been using.

hey buddy, i wanted to know the same thing. I did 10 weeks of test-e at 600mgs and went from 210 to 220. I was stuck there, but weeks 11-14 (4 weeks) I switched from Test-e to Test Prop. When i got on the scale I was up 4 pounds at 224. Not only that, my diet is cleaner and ive been losing alot of size on the stomach area. The wheels are getting bigger by the day. So basically ive been gaining still on some bodyparts but losing the gut.

Also increased my protein by adding a shake. Up by 40grams. Taking in about 340 grams daily.:D

So would you say running a 3month cycle you have to stay off for 3 months? Or can you just get off for 2 and get back on. Reason I ask is because I just got done with a dbol sust and decca cycle that lasted 3months dbol was for first 5 weeks. I have been off for 2 months already so just wondering when Ii shold get back on.

For fairly novice users, time on=time off. Clomid IS one time.

I am counting the 2 months starting after my clomid therapy. So my last juice injection was about 3 months ago. Which one counts? The time after clomid or the time after my last shot?
