injecting sust and deca

I've got some Deca thats 100mg per ml and some sust (250mg per ml)

Gonna run 600mg of Deca (3 vials)a week and 750mg of Sust(3 amps) a week

my question is whats the best way 2 inject it?? I did the same on my last cycle and did.....................

mon 1.5ml of sust

Tue 2ml Deca

wed nothing

thur 1.5ml of sust

fri 2ml Deca

sat nothing

sun 2ml Deca

Is injecting in this way ok or?? I put on about 20lbs last time with about 4lb of water

Thats fine. just remember that your sust hurts you can always cut it with the deca. That way you don't have to try and save half an amp. Like this 1 amp sust+ 1 vial of the deca Mon, wed, fri. That will give you your 750 and 300mg deca. Ether take the remaining 300mg (3 vials) in one shot whenever or take 1.5 cc on Tues and Thurs (If there vials then the half dosage will be easy to do.

how did you find out that you gained 4lbs of water? LOL I would combine the 1sust with 1ml of deca three times a week. then shoot the other 3 mls of deca whenever during the week.

yeh i agree with stonecold my best m8 has just done sus+deca and thats how we decided to go with it hes had good quality gains.

Never had any pain with sust, And never mixed Deca with Sust Might give it ago

Just a guess, Lost about 4lbs during pct and lost all the bloat and marsh mellow man look so guessing that I put on about 4 lbs of water.
