  • Planning my cycle for when I go back on.. Critque please..

    Ok guys, most of you know I recently took a break from AAS and am going to be off for 2-3 more months. I just wanted to give my body a little break for a bit.

    Im planning my next cycle so this is what im thinking now. Let me know what you think.

    Shering Primoteston 750mg E7D
    BD Winny Tabs at 50mgs Per day for the first 4 weeks
    Nolvadex at 20mg per day
    Humulin-R 15iu Post Workout
    Jintropin at 6iu per day
    T-3 at 25 mcg per day


    Let me know what you think and if you would add or change anything.

    The test is somewhat low dose but I dont want to use to much now and have nothing to grow on later. Would you change the test from 750mg from E7D to E5D or leave it alone? Thanks for the input.

    well i have never seen any of your previous cycles but that looks fine to me. Is that just to maintain or gain a bit of weight back after your break? How much gear do you normally use?

      if you're as big as i think you are judging by the little pics i've seen here and there, what you have said, your diet, etc...that ain't gonna amount to much. i guess if you are just looking to maintain muscle while you cut, add some tren at 75/100mg ed and it would be better. i just don't think that is a heavy enough cycle given your level and goals...

        I have always grown well with Test at 500mgs E5D so I kinda have the attitude if it aint broke dont fix it. I just want to slightly increse the dose. This cycle is to grow, that is always my goal but I dont like to sacrifice quailty gaines. I dont feel I need much. I depend on diet, training, and genetics, steroids are just a stepping stone to me. To many people have it all backwards.

          na bro, i have never stopped growing since i started lifting weights. i dont need high doses to grow. thanks for the input though, i may consider the tren.

            that sounds great. I wonder what I would look like if i started running GH and insulin along with my test. I just don't have time right now to put a full force cycle in.

              the only thing i would change is your slin --

              i assume your running your gh 2 x aday ??

              i would take 8 units slin in the am - 8 units slin pm - along with 3 ius gh with the am slin an the other 3 ius with the pm slin --

              you would take one of these be it am or pm post workout

                I use the GH as soon as I get up and again around 5pm. i use the slin 15iu post workout. thats the only time i want to take my slin.

                  how long is this for? and do the take t-3 all the time?

                  trying to learn why you do some of the stuff, maybe it will help my planning.

                  and how do you eat after you take your slin pw? im thinking about trying that but want to know abit more about it before i try it...

                  about your test dose, i stay on test year around. i train for powerlifting meets so my approach might mean nothing to you anyways, but in the offseason, i take my test every 7 days, and in season when i bump my dose up, i like take it twice a week, being monday morning and thursday night. that adds up to taking my test every 3.5 days. when i take larger doses of test, ive found that if i take it more frequently i get much better gains, and my sides are at a minimum. just my 2 cents about the test.

                    I will be on the test for awhile. After my slin I have a post workout drink that consist of 60G Dextrose, 75G Iso-Pure Whey Isolates and 10g creatine. and hour after that i will have chicken and wheat pasta or chicken and a sweet potato. i then eat 2 more carb protein meals every 2 hours. The t-3 i run 4weeks off and on aswell as the slin.

                        it looks pretty good bro, i too have always made good gains from lower dosages of test, if you can gain from that then there's no use to up the dosage.... how has your training been going since you came off?

                            i say the same thing. Im no pro, nor vet, nor expert on this but i do have a buddy whos way bigger than me at 280. His genetics are awesome, he grows big time with only 500mgs of test. Where Ive had buddies using 500mgs a week and not gaining, then going to 750mgs and growing. Genetics is a big part too. If u have them, those people are the blessed ones. I wish I was like that.:)

                              Looks good....but....I'm curious about your choice of winny for the first 4 weeks as opposed to dbol or a short-estered test to get things rolling.
