This is my first time posting on a message board so please be gentle if i dont have all the ettiquite down .I am 6'1 220 13% bodyfat and a fairly exp lifter and no stranger tp AAS .My question is this I'm 16 weeks into a 24 week cycle and my gains seem to have stalled. My diet is fairly clean consisting of at least 220 grams of protien and 400 grams of carbs. My strength keeps increasing but weight gain has pretty much stopped. And i am showing very little increases on the tape when i measure weekly. My cycle started with deca 300 and enthanate 250. 600 of deca and 500 of the test for 7 weeks.Injections 2x a week to try and keep levels constant. From there i went to sust and kept running the enthanate.500 enthante and 7500 sustanon. injections 3 times a week.I ran that for 7 weeks.I am currently using prop with the enthante at 400 prop 1000 enthante injections every other day.My question is this the last time i ran along cycle like this my gains were slow but they never stalled.I am interested as to what your opinions might be.

when you stall the last place to look is at the gear your using!

the first place to look is your diet!!

your protein intake is low --300 grams to 400 grams would be better- 350 would be a nice number right now

what is your total calorie intake for the day?? as you grow so should the amount of calories you consume or it becomes a mute point
without enough calories it does not matter how much gear you run -- growth will stop

after that is looked into --

how is your training -- still training hard?? is the intensity there?? you lifting heavy enough??

are you getting enough sleep?? are you taking enough time off the gym to let your body rest and grow??

last but not least ! is your gear real?? cause at the dose you are running you should still be gaining something aslong as your diet, training and sleep are in check

as as side note -- dont judge by the scale as a growth factor -- judge by the mirror -- if your body is still changing in apperance then your still gaining -- hope that made sense

Im still training like an animal always heavy and to failure. My calories very as does my carb intake. As i try to push my calories up over 4000 i start to eat alot of crap and my waist expands.I like tryin to keep it as close to 32in as i can. i always get at least 7 hrs of sleep a night most of the time around 10hrs. As for the gear it should be real it is from a source i trust who has always done me right in the past. It sounds like the weak link to me is protien and calorie intakes.Should i just eat everything in sight and deal with the fat gain later? I have one other question is the eac i take to motivate me what is stalling my gains? It helps to get me going and does wonder keeping the water off me.

the first couple cylces i did i would gain really good up to a certain point and then stop, i realized that the more size i had the more cals i needed to keep on gaining, if you ain't gaining up the total calories.

you should have 1 1/2 grams of protein for each pound you weigh and 2 carb grams minimum. Eat more steak!!!!

1 -- no you dont have to eat everything insight bro - add extra food but keep it clean -- you dont need to eat crap to get in more calories -- your current approach is fine --just need to tweak it abit -
more protein and more clean carbs, oatmeal, rice, potato etc

2 -- i dont see any problem with the eca-- should not hinder any muscle gain

eat like a beast but you don't have to eat crappy food, you know.... protein shakes, plus chicken, plus tuna, plus enough carbs.... the food may bland but we don't eat for taste if you know what I mean :)
