    This time, before taking somthing i want to learn as much about it..

    i know i know!!


    ok, im looking at the lion nutrion clen... the fruit punch flavor, not that it maters/.....

    what is the effect of it, i already read about it in the profiles...

    how many squirts do you take a day, do you hold it under ur tongue or just swallow it..?

    do you want to learn about clen or do you want to learn about the procedures for Lion's clen? If you don't know the effect of it I would steer very clear of it for now until you can answer the basics.

      we've asked you 1084823728712 times what your diet is like. you've never posted it.

      clen will not be effective unless your diet is in order.

      so before i let anyone else respond to you, post your diet.

        Diet:

        Fiber one cereal with non fat milk.


        1 protein shake


        lunch- Chicken salad


        1 protein shake



        Chicken grilled BBQ...dinner


        1 protein shake after evening workout


        thats usually what i eat, give or take a couple things..

          DO YOU REALIZE NOW WHY YOU'RE NOT GROWING???? YOU EAT LIKE A BIRD.

          omg, stop whatever gear you're on because you obviously need to take a lot of steps back and LEARN HOW TO EAT.

          stop thinking about the clen because it won't do anything for you.

          CHANGE YOUR DIET:

          Fiber one cereal with non fat milk.
          add some protein. how do you grow without protein??? where's the protein!!! add in 2 whole eggs, 4 whites, 3 oz chicken.


          1 protein shake
          what kind of protein shake is it? how many grams of protein? you should really rely on real food for most of your protein not bioengineered foods like shakes and bars. if you're only getting 20 to 25grams from this shake, double it. add in 1/2 dry measure cup oatmeal and handful of almonds.

          lunch- Chicken salad
          how many oz's chicken? make sure you're eating at least 8oz cooked weight. add in 1 sweet potato, 1 cup green veggie, or one large salad.

          1 protein shake
          same as what i said for the other protein shake.


          Chicken grilled BBQ...dinner
          how much chicken????? add in 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup veg or large salad.


          1 protein shake after evening workout
          what's in your protein shake post workout?

          that's 3 meals a day you get from protein shakes you're also only eating 6 times a day. how many hours in between is this?

          should only be 3 hours max in between the time you eat.

          you need to learn a lot more about diet and nutrition before you DO ANY MORE GEAR.

          and if you come back with another smart alec answer, you're gone. b/c you've obviously learned nothing.

            i stoped gear 3 weeks ago.... i do eat like a bird, i have a horrible metabolism....


            optimum whey protein 25 grams protein.... 3X a day = 75 grams... chicken = 75- 100 grams.. thats plenty of proten.. i weigh 170 pounds... 5'8

            But I understand what you have been saying this whole time SANA... i just need the directions for the Clen... from lion nutrition..

                i'm telling you that you DON'T NEED directions on how to use the clen because you SHOULD NOT use the clen.

                you still don't understand that you do eat like a bird. at 170lbs, you eat less protein than me. i get in 200+ grams of protein a day on a cutting diet. i am 126lbs and leaning down.

                so you tell me - do you REALLY understand what is being said on this board?

                go look in the nutrition forum. there are some great threads in there that you should be looking at.

                forget looking for directions on the clen.

                    At 170lbs, the BARE MINIMUM you should eat to grow is 255g of protein per day. On a cycle, you shold be hitting 300g or more of protein each day at your weight to ensure optimum results.
