HCG question

In the past i have always done the HCG IM in my glute i hear its the better way for use by your body.Is this true? Is there any pain doing it sub?Are there any advantages doing it either way other than ease of injection?

really isn't any differnce. some people perfer sub q others IM. Just a matter of preferance.
