    im a powerlifter, so i do things a little differenlty, but still wanted to see what some of the more experiances guys think

    basically i stay on test all year, when i get close to a meet i up my long acting test and add in a few other compounds.

    im going to do a meet next year, early summer. till then i will just take 500mg of enanthate a week untill i up the test. when i get 12 weeks out though this is what im planning to do...

    Equipoise 500-600mg weeks 1-12
    Test Enanthate 1200mg weeks 2-12

    that is the base of the cycle, but when i get 5 weeks out i will add...

    Test prop 150mg eod weeks 7-12
    Dbol 50mg a day weeks 7-12
    Tren 75mg eod weeks 7-12

    the extra stuff 5 weeks out gives a good kick of strength and helps me peak at the right time.

    one major thing im thinking about adding to my supplementation program is insulin. i would like to get peoples opinions on taking slin post workout to help with post workout recovery and adding a few lbs of muscle. i heard it was good for that. i would probably only take it after workouts, and i train 4 days a week, so id only take it 4 times a week. would it be ok to just do that all the time, since i wouldnt be takin git everyday, or should i take a break from the slin every 4-6 weeks or so?

    Im wondering what benefits a Pl'er gets from EQ?? Wouldnt Var make more sense?

      var is too exenspive for most powerlifters to use alot of. most people would think powerlifters would use alot of var, halo, and other exotic things. most powerlifters stick to very basic stuff, test, an oral like dbol or drol, and then an anabolic like deca or eq to help with joints and such. lots of guys like tren too.
