        Do you know the date of blood draws? They could always want a random sample the summer before the season. Results can be good for quite some time.

          like i said - list your diet - your full diet, time of day you eat and each meal before i think you should say that you can't grow without it.

            True that and be careful, even the short versons of nandrolone can stay for over a year. I remember someone from anamals board (I think getting in trouble for that, apparently it is the metabolic left overs that take so damn long.

              I asked my old Organic Chem prof. from college (he used abit in his time).. Oddly enough, nandrolone keeps binding to other hormones and such, kinda like it esterifies itself. I'll see if he can get me something in writing that explains it in detail..

                Well, there's no chance of blood being drawn in the summer or anything like that and Sana i'll try to give you my full diet as soon as i have time to post it. so do u just want a typical day's diet? Also, fellas i haven't even thought about this but would a test cycle hurt my ability to run and give me less wind??

                    Bro along with dropping the HCG, drop the Nizoral. Your getting too technical here for a first cycle. Cortisol suppression can be tricky because of the rebound. Also at your size I would say make you workouts intense and brief. Get in...get out! Your probably overtraining on a high volume training program. Post you routine also if you can? Try this routine

                    Day 1: Chest & Bicepts

                    Day 3: Legs

                    Day 5: Shoulders & Tris

                    Day 7: Back & Calves

                    DO 3 major exercises. 3 sets on the first and 2 sets of each on the next 2. For example on chest...Do 3 sets of Incline press, then 2 sets of Dumbell Flyes and 2 sets of Dips. If you hit those hard then you shouldn't be able to do more than that.

                      man what do you consider high volume because that workout you gave is still four days a week with at least 14 sets in each one. also with 4 workouts a week it isn't much for a abbreviated schedule.

                        SC I was just trying to consider the fact that he wanted to train higher volume. I think that routine is somewhere in the middle. It only takes 30-45 mins at the most. I would consider high volume the program in Candle's post. I see guys at the gym that work out for 2 hours...That is high volume.

                          Bro I appreciate your info and advice but i have to disagree with you on the workout routine. I mean i wouldn't go in the gym and do 2 hours worth of training, but i also believe that you couldn't truly work the muscles to failure in your routine in only 30-45 mins. I prefer doing one muscle group per day , so to an extent that is high volume, high intensity because your working intensly on that particular muscle group and by singling them out you can also use more exercises to hit them. also, some of you vets would you recommend using any form of b12 on this first cycle to help increase my appetite to meet all of my protein needs?

                            A lot of folks around here like B12, but I do think just eating 5-6-7 meals a day makes me "appetiteless" I could pretty much eat all day if I feel like it. :eek:
