Sorry my last post sucked. Im 5'7 170. In spring I did 12 weeks of cyp, deca. I was amazed at the results. Inow am on t-400. It hurts but not like when I bomb legs with crazy squats and lunges. My pain threshhold is high. 2 fridays ago I did 3/4 cc, then the following monday another 3/4. This past Monday 1cc. Last night Iwas flat I wanted to stop training. Did the prop just wear off. How long does the enth cyp ect. take to send me to that place of maximum intensity. I eat 3000 cal per day, 300g protein 300 - 500 carb. should I increase dose at some point.
