If U've been around you probably know who he is...
Here's what he posted @ Meso

    *Posted by T1 on Meso.*

I'm at Kinkos right now and want to get the facts straight. I haven't slept in 2 days please excuse this post if it doesn't make complete sense.

First all, EVERYONE is safe. And that means EERYONE. All emails were deleted by a close assiociate and all old priority boxes/xpress boxes were discarded quite some time ago. My cell phone is being held my another close associate so if I have your phone number, don't worry.

Here's what happened. Ever since I have been married I have had extreme anxiety and insomnia. So at night I take xanax, tylenol pm, benydryl, etc. to help get some sleep.

Well at 5 am yesterday morning I was still wide awake while my wife slept and felt that I HAD to get some slept. I took another dose of sleeping pills and finally fell asleep. When my wife came home at 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon after her nursing classes she found me passed out she freaked and called the ambulance. I was fine, but there were at least 5 or 7 guys looking throughout my apartment; some were EMS, some were police officers.

One policeman found all of my gear and started to read the remannda (sp?) rights to my wife. She broke down in tears and of course I took the blame

They want to wait and talk to me until I am of "clear" mine, as they think the 2mg xanax and the benadryl has got me dazed for days.

I DO NOT feel like these guys had a search warrant and REALLY need your opinion on what I should do. The gear was hidden in a closet BUT the door was opened and to a VERY nosy person they could pick it out.

I know I ned a lawyer to get me of this. I'm in the upstate South Carolina area, if anyone knows an attorney.

If you can help me, PLEASE do so!

Any advice or comments are mudh appreciated.

I love all of you guys and this has taken a huge hit 80-90% of my income was used to put my wife in nursing school, myself in the business masters prograrm, and to generally support ourselves.

RIght Now I'm a nervous wreck and need any and evey body's help.

    Thanks,
    T1

Shit... He needs a good lawyer. No matter what we say on here it doesnt matter, he needs a good lawyer to fight the reasonable suspision or reason to go into the closet in the first place. It will be difficult.

get a good lawyer and he'll walk scott free. that was illegal search and seizure. actually, the case would most likely be thrown out before going to trial. (unless she gave the cops permission to search the house)

I have to be honest here, this guy takes xanax, tylenol pm, and benydrl all at the same time to get some sleep. He is lucky that he ever wakes up!

Also, the wife came home and she found him passed out which means that she couldnt wake him up. Im sure she grabed him poored water on him etc... For him not to wake up would be a sign that he is pretty fucked up. the bottom line here is the wife did the right thing and the guy is stuped for taking all of that shit. he brought it on himself.

umm maybe they were trying to find what might have done this to him bro? once they know, it is alot easier for them to help him. maybe, just maybe the police and paramedics were actualy trieng to help the guy....

They could have been looking for the pills or the wife might have said something. When looking in a few drawers they may have found probable cause. You never know.

he said he has been taking that stuff for years, his wife should have known what he was taking.

I guess his wife should have just left him alone when she found him and he was non responsive? I guess she wasnt supposed to be upset when she couldnt get her own husband to come to? Do you think she was thinking clearly when all this happened bro? Give me a break. She was looking out for his safety and this guy brought it on himself. Now I dont know if the cops can do anything about the AAS they found or not but the point is, he has noone to blame but himself.
