  • Explain some basic steriod mechanics

When you inject an oil-based steriod into a muscle does it stay in that place in the muscle until enzymes break the esters away to make it water and blood soluble?
Or does the oil disperse in the body and enzymes just work on it all over?
If it doesnt disperse, but stays in one place wont that limit the access the enzymes have to the compound?
Unless the enzymes can saturate the oil and work it from within aswell I guess.
What I am getting at is this, can you alter the halflife of a specific test-ester by injecting in many places at once? Or by any other trick?

That would be useful at the start of a cycle if you wanna jumpstart your test levels.

My guess is that if the release time changes at all it wont be by much. But I am n00b at this so plz enligthen me.

I guess its a lot easier to just use test-prop to jump the test early then use cyp or enth to cut down on the nr of injections over the course of the cycle.
This would be most useful for people doing shorter cycles I suppose.

It is dispersed into the blood a bit at a time, and it is broken down once in circulation by enzymes. Once the esters and such are removed, the free testosterone is able to bind to receptors.

As to the different injection sites. I do not think it would be benefitial because there is a certain ammount of the enzymes that are able to cleave the esters from the steroics, and consequently the binding of the free test to the receptors is limited by the ammount of enzyme in the blood rather than the ammount of steroid in the blood. However I may be wrong, so i am waiting for corrections.

the oil remains in the muscle for a variable amount of time depending on the amount injected, thus it is termed, 'depot'. however, the compound is not utilized until the ester is cleaved by various enzymes after being released into the blood stream.

Would injecting smaller amounts in various locations increase ulitization then?

no, because you still have the ester to contend with.

Man this Shanghai has been sitting in my ass cheek like a damn brick (almost that size too) for about 1 1/2 weeks now. The pain has finaly subsided, but the third ass hasn't. I feel like something out of South Park, when I look in the mirror.

Rofl. thats along time to feel the depot. I think 3 weeks is the longest under any circumstances that you should be able to feel it.
