    Listen, I know all of you guys are sick of stupid uneducated lifters wanting to know more about the steriod game. I'm currently an 19 year old male (5'10, 160) student looking for some insight on what kind of juice would be best, and how to use it. Thanks

    None, youre several years from needing any exogenous hormones. At the age of 19, you're better off with some protein powder and creatine, your natural testosterone is throught the roof, so not only would exogenous hormones be unsafe, but not really necessary.

      wait awhile bro and hang around, esp in the training and nutrions forums. Doing riods while your still growing (and at 19 you are) may or may not hurt you but why chance it? And I give you my word that if you learn from the vets here you will see a big differnce. If I knew what I know now at 19 life would have been differnt.

        Agreed, I wish I had a resource like this board when I was 19. Stick around and learn, there is an endless amount of resources here either already posted or by simply asking intelligent questions based on research via this board.

          its best to learn as much as u can bro. Some people will say this and some will say that, but like the guys above said its best to wait brother. Im 22 years and i started at 18 and i wish i could have waited because i could have gotten better results of it. I started at 165 and went o 195 on first cycle. If i would have eaten and trained harder, maybe i would have been 195 natural and then gained more in the first cycle. I probably would have been better advance in my body.

          But yeah stick around and read bro, u will learn alot in this board and with all the good anabolic mods and members, they sure will help u out:) If u have any questions to ask bro , feel free to ask, this is how we learn:)

            Thanks guys, I appreciate it, I've been lifting since I was 16, I know quite a bit about protein, and creatine. I know roids aren't the answer, I'm just having a terrible time gaining weight. I'll keep working hard and try going naturally. I appreciate all who joined in on my question. Keep in touch.

              Its all about diet. Give us a breakdown of what you eat in a day.

                  It mainly depends on my day. I have a pretty full schedule going to school, commuting everyday. Plus college vending machines and cafes are expensive. I should bring my own food but there is no way to keep it cold. I guess I just need some ideas on how I could eat on the go. I've tried Muscletech prt. bars, but there too expense to buy all the time. I eat clean, and take the food I eat seriously. I just have a hard time keeping motivated.

                    I currently weight 158, give or take a few pounds. My weight fluctuates so god damn much. If I base my calorie intake on a 2200 calories and lift 3-4 times a week, what do you think my potential would be on gaining muscle considering I'm a hardgainer?

                      i know how u feel amigo. Diet was hard for me before cause i was eating 3 times a day, but slowy i started goin up to 4. I stayed there for a while, got used to it. Then i added another meal for 5 meals a day. Finally i added a 6th meal. Minimum i eat now is 6 times per day, and the max i eat is 8 times.


                      Hey man try eating tuna bro, its good and has alot of protein per can. Im chugging down 4 cans per day. For protein try the www.powernutrition.com Optimum Nutrition. That would help with the protein also, a shake or 2 a day, even 3 shakes.

                      But dont worry bro, if ur gonna add meals to ur diet take it slow, try not to add them all at once, u could do that but start off slow and by the time u know it, u will be eating 6 awesome meals.:D

                        Let me give you a little insight. I did my first cycle around 17yrs of age when my acne and natural test levels were already at their highest as well as my metabolism. I cant speak for others but i couldnt handle the surge in levels. I still bear the scars on my face from the resulting acne (it got much worse) People still talk about some of the stupid things i did as a result of being unable to deal with the aggression. My orthopedic surgeon says i never finished growing after looking at x-rays. Back in those days there was no internet to find info and ask questions on . I did no PCT the depression i experienced when i came off had my parents sending me to a shrink. Listen to the others when they say wait until you are older at least 25 in my opinion. You are not emotionally or physically ready and wont be for years. As for the reason i took them in the first place like you to gain weight i had nothing to show for the roller coaster ride i went on i actually lost weight at the end. Keep training eat right and remember success is a journey not a destination you will get there just not over night

                            Hey man .. the bros are right ..wait at least until youre around 24-25 ... I know itll be hard ut you can acheive great results other way . The first thing I did was buy myself a cheap ass watch with a timer/stopwatch thing on it .... I Set it to go off every 2 hours or so ..and I Would eat tuna ... along with my other meals for the day ... IF you cant eat it right out of the can make yourself a few sandwhiches for the day and eat at least a half a sandwhich every 2 hours when that timer goes off...

                            Shakes are good too but I notied they they would make me VERY full feeling and I was getting prettty much the same protein I was fro mthe sandwhich in the shake ..another thing shakes did was dehydrate me .. I dont know why but that was me ... Good Luck keep us posted and wait to cross over to the darkside ..
