  • LONG R3 IGF and no results - help.

    Have been juicing for over 10 yrs.
    Got my "look" down to a science.
    Like to be lean and hard year round (up and down 10-15 lbs)
    6'0 210 at about 5% in the summer to about 8-9% BF in the winter)
    Not huge big enough for me and at my age.

    Wanted to put some more muscle on tired of looking the same all the time. On for about 8 months of the year just to keep my shape the way I want. Adjust amounts and drugs used based on goals.

    Run Gh all year - about 4-6iu's
    ANyway - Decided wanted to put on more muscle. August - decided to do Long R3 IGf1 - bought from Muscle-Research.
    500 Mg SUst
    300 Mg Tren Depot
    400 Mg Masteron - British Dragon not those ridiculous counterfeit amps)
    600 Mg EQ
    4 iu's Gh
    60Mcg of IGF-1
    25 Mcg - Cytomel

    Started at about 206 5% BF
    Researched as much as possible doubled carbs and dropped fAt intake to 10% for a 50% Protein 40% carbs 10% fat breakdown.
    (Carbs are usually 100 -150 grams to stay so lean) Upped them to about 300 grams a day.)

    Long story short I stopped 5 weeks later - (last week) 216 lbs - and fat!!!
    Well for me - The IGF did NOTHING for me - my hands and wrists and foremarms already ache due to long term GH use were KILLING ME!!!
    I couldn't do curls it was so bad. My strength went up - but I looked not better but worse.Yes I was putting on weight but my stomach was the only thing growing. As a matter of fact - would not take my shirt off on labor day cause everyone is used to seeing me so ripped I wouldn't take it off.
    Here is the question - WHat happened?
    Supposedly I should have been able to eat the extra carbs witout the weight gain- is this Muscle research stuff a hoax? I asked this question on Anabolic minds (Muscle research sponsers the sight - uhh hello?) they threw me off the boards and banned me!!! For asking - not accusing - was the shit legit.
    Well is it?
    So much back and forth info - OK to buy recons. not OK - which is it?
    Why didn't this stuff work for me?
    Is it because of my depleted carb state all the time my body was bound to gain fat weight?
    Whats the deal - anyone ever used this stuff b4?
    And if this stuff doesn't work how the hell are these guys getting so F'n big?
    One more question - I am off everything now - in less than 2 weeks lost 7 lbs. HA!!! Continuing GH use - Is the Gh even working for me anymore?
    Been on for almost a year - SErostim -
    can afford to do it year round - should I? what am I doing to myself negatively?

      yes the stuff is legit. MR has a good rep. IGF does not work for everyone, ask bouncer about it.

      As for the other I can tell you what the problem is. YOU NEED TO TAKE A BREAK. I don't care what he substance is, if it is causing you to suffer poor workouts its time ease up or get off. Bouncer and other can tell you more about the GH but I would think a year has been plenty of time.

      Also if your implying that you maintain 5% body fat well your body isn't going to like that. That is more like a contest prep number. Not a sesenal one. I am not sure how healthy that is.

        In my opinion your wasting your money on IGF-1...
        I know some wont like to hear that but tuff shit ,Thats my opinion...;)

          Did you use the anabolic minds GFL forum to research this...I think they have a sticky on the key point sof taking it. People who like it have upped their protien to ridiculous amounts 500-600G and say the GFL is much more effective with it. Also I remeber reading the there were problems with the reconstitution...Did you use BW or BA? I think BA is supposed to render the IGF useless. I am with Intim on this one and feel its a waste of money...Definately talk to Bouncer on this one. He has used it.

              I run about 100-150 g's of carbs myself, if I go up to 300 g's even for a week on comes 5-8 lbs. of water weight, if I od on sodium add another 3-4 .

              When I got right back to 150 off it all comes, that's just me and done it a hundred times.

                Why are you running such a high amount of anabolics. Those are not size gainers. Hardness and strength yes,size,no. Secondly, why are your carbs so low all the time. That is a terrible game plan. You gained the weight because your body is primed for carbs. The "bloat" look is normal after an influx of carbs. The bloat will go away eventually. You might want to revise your game plan and take out the T3.
