New 2 thread..Need some advise.

    I didn't run it the first time b/c I saw how much acne some other guys in they gym got on their shoulders and back. Another reason I didn't was b/c I saw how much they shrunk when they got off.

    I didn't shrink at all, I kept all the weight I put on. I didn't get any sexual side effects like what is usually explained, it did take me longer to nut though. The only sides that I experienced throught whole cycle were lack of sleep (during the first couple of weeks), nose bleeds (from the winny, I was dehydrated).

    Oh yeah, my cycle will last 10-12 weeks.

      Ok, I guess you dont understand what I said about test. lol. Anyway, lay out your diet. How long you nave been training and how old you are.

        How old are you? How long have you been training? What is your diet like? Lay out what you eat in a day please.

        Diet and training are far more important and will have a much bigger effect on your body than any steroid will.

        I apologize if I seem uneducated about the issue, that is why I registered on this board, to learn more. I will be the first to admit that I was stupid for doing a cycle before knowing more about steroids, but all I can do now is move forward and learn from my mistakes.

        I'm 25 years old. Here is an ideal day for me (diet).

        5:30a.m 10 egg whites/1-2cups of oatmeal/2 pieces of wheat toast/1glass orange juice.

        8:30.am hand full of almonds/1 wheat bagle

        11:30a.m. Big Bowl of wheat pasta/chicken breasts/fat free cheese

        2:30p.m. 1 wheat bagle/handfull of almonds

        4:00p.m. Protein shake/bannana(pre-workout)

        5:00p.m. Protein shake/bowl of total cereal (post workout)

        8:00.p.m. 2 chicken breasts/broccoli/corn

        10:30 p.m. protein shake/zma

          Ok your diet dosent seem to bad. Is that how you eat everyday or just sometimes? As for your cycle. Trust me bro, a cycle without test is not a great cycle. Test should be a base of any cycle and other compounds should be added to that. Your friends lost size mainly because of a few reasons. 1. They didnt know what PCT was. 2. They felt because they were off steroids now that they dont have to train or eat right. 3. The weight they lost was water weight.

          If you do everything correct after a cycle with PCT, diet, and training then you will not loose much weight at all besides the water weight.

            Cool. I've been training for two years. Ok, let's say that I am going to drop the Decca and just Eq w/ test cyp. What do you think of this? What would be the best PCT for this cycle?

            Eq - 2 cc's week (1-12)
            Test/cyp - 2cc's week (1-12)
            Winstrol - 1 cc eod
            HCG - 250iu twice weekly throughout the whole cycle
            Letro - 1.25mg every day

              Oh yeah, this is how I eat every day...My last meal changes, it can be steak or some other type of red meat or sometimes fish.

              I've been training for two years now.
