  • My Cycle journal along with diet.

    This will be my diet. There will be a few shakeups as I see how I react to it.

    M1- Protein Shake w/ 3 strawberries

    WORKOUT

    PWO Shake..

    M2- 5oz. lean ground beef
    6 egg whites, 1 yolk
    1/2 Cream of Wheat
    *Eat this no more than one hour after PWO shake
    M3- same as Meal 1
    M4-7oz chicken, turkey or fish
    6oz. sweet potato or 3/4c. brown rice
    1c. green veggies
    M5- same as Meal 1
    M6- 8oz chicken, turkey or fish
    2.5c green veggies
    M7- 8 egg white omelet


    * At least 1 gallon of water a day

    Test cyp 100mg/day
    Tren A. 75mg/day
    Proviron 75mg/day
    Ldex-.5 E3D
    Novaldex as needed

    Starting stats now are
    Weight=205
    Height- 5' 11" (this shouldn't change. LOL)
    Bodyfat=?- I will post pics tonight to show what I look like now.

    Goals-To slowly add lean mass. Diet will be adjusted as needed for this goal.

    Workouts will be spaced E3D. Elliptical training 3-4 times a week. I might move my workouts to night time soon but that will be something to deal with later.

    Everything seems to be set up perfect for me. Wish me luck!!!!

        Looks solid stone, not too elaborate, but just a great looking cycle. How long are you going to run it?

                    How many carbs is that? Seems alittle low to me. 1.5 cups brown rice, and 9 strawberries all day? Plus the pwo shake. Thats at most 200 grams of carbs, i think it would be difficult to gain on that.

                          SC I'm a little surprised there is no EQ in thie mix...j/k That looks solid Bro. What about some good fats in there though. It looks like your lacking some fat in that diet. Maybe 2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil and a tsp of olive in each of your protein shakes? I'd throw in some more all natural PB as well as part of your meals. What's in your PWO shake? (Simple carbs, protein, etc?) Good luck Bro

                            yeah I could do the good fat thing but we are starting slowly. THings will be added in as I progress in the cycle. Yeah no eq is weird but the tren is 10 times better.


                            This won't start for real for about a week or so. I am still collecting all my goodies and learning how to stuff myself, which is the hardest part. LOL
