  • Deca/ Test Ratio

    When taking Deca it is best to take Test from what I have learned here at Superiormuscle.

    What I wanted to know is there any kind of rule or ratio of how much test to take with deca. For example is taking
    300mg a week of Nandrolona Cipionato along with
    200mg of Teston good enough.

    Should one be more than the other.

    If I take 100mg a week of deca how much test should be taken.

    General rule could be seen as min amont of test to deca is 2:1

      Im running Cyp at 1200, and decca at 900 a week right now. Both QV, I am getting nice results. Oh ya 100mg of d-bol a day too, thats whats realling doing it.

        i just always keep my test dosage higher than deca

          No set rule at a all but like shibby said a lot of people like 2:1 or 3:2. but it isn't necessary. 2:3 or even 1:3 will work for most people (make sure you have more on hand though in case it isn't)

          I assume that your talking about 600mg a week deca and 400mg a week test from your post (300 and 200 twice a week) other wise you would not be running enough

              Right now I am physical therapy for shoulder surgery and I have 6 more weeks left and I wanted to help the healing process, have never done a cycle but wanted to take something over the next 6 weeks to help me get back into shape and get the shoulders stronger, I think this is a good idea.

              wks 1-6 100mg Deca
              wks 1-6 100mg Test



              When done with therapy and able to hit the gym really hard this is what my first cycle will look like (with input from members):
              wks 1-4 25mg Dbol per day
              wks 1-10 300mg Teston In Ol Cypionate(once a week)
              wks 1-10 300mg Deca (once a week)
              PCT(Clomid starting week 12)

                I see what your trying to do here and that really isn't going to work. Not enough deca and too much test. read this post by puddles : http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...threadid=15556

                What you probably want is something more like this
                600mg EQ a week
                300mg deca a week
                proviron on hand for any noodle problems that might come up


                Or var/primo works or primo can be used instead of test

                400mg deca
                400mg primo

                or anything on these lines.

                  To plan a cycle where the goal is to increase skeletal muscle mass/strength while at the same time increase joint/tendon/ligament strength, enough to keep up with the dramatic increase in skeletal muscle, you must choose drugs like Eq, Deca, Anavar, or Primo as the base of your cycle.

                  Testosterone and its esters can be added to your cycle to keep levels within a 'normal' physiological range (ie, 100-200 mg/wk) but must not go above this. Since drugs like eq, deca, anavar and primo will reduce endogenous, natural levels of test, these levels may be maintained with exogenous test in the 100-200 mg/wk range. Test at this dose will not inhibit collagen syn, but paradoxically, will help increase it. It is when exogenous testosterone is used > 200 mg/wk that collagen syn is inhibited.

                  Deca @ 3 mg/kg a week(about 270 mg/wk for a 200 lb male) will increase procollagen III levels by 270% by week 2. Procollagen III is a primary indicator used to determine the rate of collagen syn. As you can see, deca is a very good drug at giving you everything you want -- an increase in collagen syn, an increase in skeletal muscle, and increases in bone mass and density. The one thing it does not give you is wood

                  So from reading the information above it seems like I just should increase my deca to about 200 to 270mg a week and leave the test at 100mg.

                  Would I be wasting my time trying to help during therapy and should I just wait and do my first cycle more intensely.

                    Well I can only speak for myself after my back surgery in 2002. The doctors still don't know how I got back as fast as I did. But I would ether make a full long cycle out of it or forget it as 100mg of any of those is a waste of time and money. you really do need to start at least at the min effective dosage. and that is enought to shut you down and require PCT and the like.

                      This will be my first time taking Deca or anything else for that matter. What kind of feeling or results should I expect to feel in the first few weeks. I am planning on taking 400gm per week. I am very interested in the strength benfits even more than the size but I will not frown on size either. Any input on training or other info would be awesome.
