    500 mg Test E 1-10
    400 Deca 1-10

    This is my third cycle and I have made good gain in the past but I want to make sure that I am getting 100% of my cycle. Advise on diet calories, 5'9" 187lbs 14-15%, how many carbs. I have gained some fat before but if I could lower the amount of fat without lowering the muscle gain would be great. Also training. I do not want to workout too much or too little.... I made good gain before if I would of taking one more days rest maybe I could of put on 3-4 more pounds of muscle... you fellows know what I am talking about.....
