  • Been off AAS for 35 days. Update

Ok guys, been off AAS now for 35 days. Havent lost any size. My strength is still the same also.

Few things that I have noticed though. I get really sore the day after a workout, much more so then I have in a long time. Also, my intensity dosent seem to be on the same level. Im still intense but I just cant seem to get it to that same level. All in all it hasnt been bad but it gets tough. Sometimes, I just want to say the hell with it and go back on but I know this is for the better. I need to give my body a break or else it will come back and bite me in the ass someday.

Just thougt I would give you guys an update.

How long were you "on" for, and how long do you plan on staying "off"?

Bouncer, just out of curiousity what did you do for your PCT. I remember you said nolvadex but did you do any HCG before that?

DId your weight drop at all after you went off? If not that is awsome man. Most people lose a signifigant ammount after being on for only 3 months, i can only imagine how it would be after such a long time. Perhaps the losses would be even less than with a short cycle though because the body has had time to get used to carrying so much muscle, and it has matured.

What do you think about that?

I have heard a lot of people say they felt that being on for long periods of time equated to more permanent gains. So you may be right about the body maturing. Intersting thought.

I am toying with the idea of just staying on myself. If 24 weeks is good 52 will be better or so i hope. I was wondering about a few things.
What damage will this do to my natural test levels will they ever fully recover?
                              How long is too long?
Do you keep making slow but steady gains all the way thru?
Do you get lab work done to check liver enzymes and if so do you have to go through your dr. to get the tests done?
Do you stay with the same compounds all the way thru or do you keep changing them up ?
Would running proviron and low dose hcg the whole way thru help me recover faster at the end?
Do you run high doses the whole way thru?
How long do you need to do PCT at the end?

I know your a busy guy but any input you can give me would be appreciated. I just want to know if any new things i may not be aware of come into play when you stay on for extended periods.

In case you need them my stats are 6'1 225 11.5% bodyfat .I have been on for over 16 weeks running over a gram a week and i am thinking of jumping up to 2 grams slowly. My first cycle was at 17 i am 31 now i dont know how many ive done best guess would be quite a few. I did take a several year lay off from both AAS and bodybuilding. I have been back at it serious for 4 yrs on ASS for about 2.My goal is 250lbs at under 10 % bodyfat.
