I stayed on over a year and the gains I made I kept everything. I took off three months like bouncer and only lost a little weight. I can maintain over 205 now as opposed to pre cycle when I had a hard time staying around 180.

Stone i heard the same thing from DG at the gym. Is it something you would recommend to other heavy users?

I would only do it again for a reason. like competition or for a job or something. I will probably stick to more around 4-5 month cycles from now on.

Well, w/ 35 days already done, you're 1/3 - 1/2 way there. I'm sure the GH and slin kept the weight and strength levels up. How do you feel psychologically. I know that's the tough part for a lot of people. Good luck, bro.

Guys, unless your competing in bodybuilding or in some othe comp, I dont see why you would want to run AAS all year round. Just take it slow and do 10-15 week cycles.

That is the tough part, you just dont feel like the superman you did before. Its hard to explain but there is a slight feeling of depression. I can see how some people come off and just cant handle it. I keep reminding myself that I must do this for my body.

I hear ya, man. That's how I feel when I come off too. Just hang in there. Like I said before, you're practically half way there.

I hear you guys...I am coming off right now and actually starting my PCT today after a 18 week run. I took my last shot of prop 3 days ago and I can already feel the demotivation kicking in. I usually have a few weeks too where I have a lot of trouble getting out of bed...and am tired all the time. But like you said it has to be done. I usually don't have a problem keeping my gains though but then again I only do lean gain cycles and shoot for a solid 5 to 10 that I will keep.

I was on for a year and just finished up my 2.5 month break and am back on again. Been on GH and slin during break and kept weight up but after a month I started looking flat and not as full. Intensity was way down and joints hurt like all hell. Needed a break and now back on with a dbol jump start after one week I feel like superman again. Damn my joints are just getting better though, that was brutal.

I've been the same way after coming off. I just find it hard to keep the same enthusiasm and to keep myself from getting lazy.

Bouncer...how does your muscle look? Does it have the soft look to it now since your off the test? GH is very good and so is IGF-1 for PCT :) Slin doesn;t hurt....:)

Few things that I have noticed though. I get really sore the day after a workout, much more so then I have in a long time. Also, my intensity dosent seem to be on the same level. Im still intense but I just cant seem to get it to that same level. All in all it hasnt been bad but it gets tough. Sometimes, I just want to say the hell with it and go back on but I know this is for the better. I need to give my body a break or else it will come back and bite me in the ass someday.

Just thougt I would give you guys an update.
the same mindset you use when your on AAS, keep it up when your off Bounce! dig deep Bro.
