  • This a good beginner cycle?

    Was wondering if this would be a good beginning mass cycle to start off with. What changes should make to it, or any other good suggestions yall could come up with to help me get full potential. Also, just to let yall know a little bit about me, Im 22 years old, 6 foot, 155 lbs. Im a very hard gainer with a very fast metabolism ( i hate having a fast metabolism cuz i cant gain hardly anything like the normal joe would)

    Test Enethate- 500 mg(weeks 1-4) 250mg(weeks 5-10)

    Deca- 300 mg (weeks 1-9)

    D-bol (denkal 10mg) Week 1- 40mg/ed, Week 2 35mg/ed , Week 3 35mg/ed , Week 4 25mg/ed

    Appreciate any feedback guys!!

    To me, that looks like a 3rd cycle or so, not a first cycle. Here's what your first cycle should look like:

    Test Enanthate 500mg (weeks 1-10)

    followed by proper PCT with HCG, Clomid, and Nolvadex


    Simple...yes. Effective...guaranteed. You don't need to stack up on your first cycle...test only will get you the gains you're hoping for. Normally, I'd suggest an even lower dose of test to start off, but since you're an extremely hardgainer with a blazing-fast metabolism, a higher dose of test is most likely necessary to pack pounds on you.

    Keep in mind that if you don't eat....A LOT, most of what you gain will be water. You're going to have to push yourself diet-wise even harder than most people, as you will have to keep both protein and calories VERY high (relative you your bodyweight) in order to overcome that metabolism. Shoot for 300g of protein, trying to get at least half of that from meat (lean beef is best) and the other half from a high-quality whey protein. You should eat at regular intervals throughout the day (every 1.5 or 2 hours)...and that will require some planning and time management on your part.

    Sound like a lot of work to invest in just your eating? You bet it is...but if you want the kind of results you are looking for...it's a must.

          REMEMBER, YOU WILL HAVE TO KEEP EATING WHEN YOU GET OFF YOUR CYCLE, MAYBE NOT AS MUCH, BUT QUITE A BIT MORE THAN YOU ARE ACCUSTOM TO. Being that you are a "hard-gainer," you will be able to put weight on with TEST, but keeping it is all about PCT and eating when you get off. If you don't have HCG, Clomid, and/or Novaldex, don't start your cycle....you need these to keep the gains you will be getting...KEEP ASKING QUESTIONS IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND SOMETHING, NO QUESTION IS RIDICULOUS!

            Man dude, 1st of all you shouldnt do this for a 1st cycle. 2nd, if you do, do this cycle why in the hell would you take 500mgs weeks 1-4 then drop it to 250mg the rest of your cycle. You need to read and get more info b4 you ever start juicing cause you got it all wrong. Also keep your dbol dosage the same from day one till the end of week 4. Dont go high then low bro. Educate yourself first b4 anything. Also you say you have a fast matobolizm. Well to slow it down you need to eat every 2-3hrs and also intake 4000 plus calories. Yeah I know its hard but your stomach is a muscle so it will grow if you force it to grow. I think you need to go natural for about 4months and gain about another 15lbs naturally b4 you do juice. All you need is 4000calories, 250g protien and you will be fine. Take the advice bro. Trust me.
