  • Not gonna juice after all, but need help

    I am 20yrs old and i was gonna start on a cycle but u guys convinced me otherwise (thanks). Heres my problem, I currently lost about 90lbs of fat, I was a very heavy guy. I did loose the weight but now I have another problem. After loosing all that weight i figured i would be lean but i was wrong. Sure i am thiner but i am still kinda flabby. How do I lean up withough using roids. Here are my specs.

    SUN= arms mainly biceps (5-6 dif excersizes at 3-4 sets 8-10 reps)
    MON= Shoulders & traps (3 dif excersizes ea, 3-4 sets at 8-10 reps)
    TUES= (OFF)
    WED= chest ( same as arms but chest excersizes)
    THUR= triceps (same as arms but triceps excersizes)
    FRI= (OFF)
    SAT= BACK (same as arms but back excersizes)

    I work abs mon,wed, fri only.

    I weigh 200lbs and i am 6ft 1" I take lots of whey protein and I lost allot of weight taking HYDROXYCUT wich i am back on. Would this be a good routine to fallow to lean up? Just tell me wut u think. Ohh and i am mainly focused on upper body my lower body is ok due to all the running or cardio.

    I don't like your program at all. sorry.

    Sat your hitting your back with also includes your bi's. the very next day your hitting your bi's (again) the same for chest followed by the next day of tris. If your not on gear then you need recovery time.

    Hold up. your not working your legs. that the biggest mistake. Working your legs is the BEST way for natural guys to increase testosterone levels.

    If you shoot me an email [email protected] I'll send you some workout info.

      also forget the running or cardio. You've lost the fat now focus on the muscle.

          Aside from the mentioned problems, your workout looks like an aerobic workout. Don't do 15-24 sets. Maybe 12 max.

          It's going to take some time for your skin to shrink no matter what. If you fill it out first you will avoid more stretch marks. Get on a beginners program and hit it hard.
