    starting a cycle in couple of weeks.3 shots of sus,750mg a week,still need a bit of help with diet,i weigh95 kg 5feet 9inches,been training on and off for couple of years,thinking of diet as follows..

    meal 1,porridge oats skimmed milk

    meal 2,ptotein shake 5 egg whites,apple

    meal 3,2 chicken breasts or beef,brown rice

    meal 4,protein shake 5 egg whites,banana

    workout

    protein shake

    meal 5,chicken sweet potatoes,veg,1 x fat free yogurt

    protein shake before bed.

    is this diet ample,my aim is to gain size and shape,sometimes i will swap chicken meals for fish

    also i have been advised to use anti estrogen throught the cycle,tamoxifen 10 mg a day,tabs come in 20mg,can i take one 20mg every 2 days,also do i need to start this from week 1 of cycle?

      you need more than just protein after a workout. get a post workout shake that has some sort of carbs in it (maybe with some creatine too) and add that to the protein you are already taking in. add up your calories and see where you are at. and yes novaldex is fine EOD and you probably won't need to start it until you feel the symptoms.

        I would bump the egg whites to 6 and also add 2 whole eggs aswell. That way you are not getting a lot of cholestoral but you are getting the calories you need and protien. Cause egg whitse dont have that many calories. The way you have your diet it looks like you only intake about 2500-3000 calories. Up it up at least 500 more. Good luck.
