How much nolva should i run for how long? when should i start? the day after i stop the m1t?

Run 40 mg for first week and then 20 mg for second week. Start the day after you finish the M1T

10mg for 4 weeks, then upped it to 15mg for a few days but had to stop because sides were way too painful to deal with. so i just draw out 20mg into the syringe and squirt it into my mouth or something?

Depends on how many mg per ml your solution is. Most research tamox is usually 20mg/ml. So you would draw out 1ml to get the 20mg. 2ml to get 40, etc.

Sounds like your were on for a little more than 4 weeks. You could probably get away with 3 weeks of pct but the best rule of thumb is amount of time on equals amount of time off, so you may want to do 4 weeks of pct. Just do like timma said and taper down your dosage. For a 3 week of pct, drop to 10mg for the third week. For a 4 weeker, do another 20mg on the 3rd week and 10mg on the 4th week.

Just squirt it. Hopefully you got your stuff from lion or cyber, otherwise it's probably unflavored and will taste like shit. The dosage reference is per day, ie 20mg per day for a week.

thanks peeps, i got it from customwarehouse, and it taste like shit, like taking a shot or something, heh. its all good tho, just waiting for this back pain to leave from the damn M1T =/
