I understand what you are saying...my problem is never building muscle in arms, back or chest. It's cutting body fat that kills me, even with a pretty stricked diet...50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat...(5-7 meals a day-2900 calories)....I shouldn't bitch, it is just coming off slowly...If I have a problem with growth, it's calves, but most of that is genetics...

Good luck getting those PIPES HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe...

I find bicep injections to be the least painful of any other site.

Just watch out for any large veins, or you'll bruise terribly.

I find to break through the skin of the bi's is a little rough and I always get a little nervous when doing them. But when your running short esters for 12 weeks you have to think of different places. I don't really know if it has helped that much with localized growth but it does give me another place to shoot and your arms definitely appear bigger temporarily with the swelling from the injection. Just make sure you know where you're shooting. I flex, find my peak, relax, and go just to the inside head of the bicep.
