  • Pinched nerve during Cycle

    Hey guys I pinched a nerve in my back Sunday night. I have 2 weeks left on this cycle of 400mg Test and 300mg Deca. It really blows because I am on my 2nd week of Winny. Since I can't lift should I just wait 2 weeks and start my PCT?

    How long are you going to be out for? If you can't lift for a whlie than I'd stop now and save it and run PCT. If you're only going to be out for a week or a little longer I'd keep going because you'll still have it working as the half life is 2-3 weeks with what you're running.

      That's what I would do Bro...There is really no sense in taking gear if you can't work out. Are you able to do at least some legs? Or you could just stop taking the test and deca now and run the winny for the 2 weeks you waiting for those to clear your system...then PCT...this may help you time the start of your PCT better. Also make sure you keep the diet on point.

        I'm not sure how long I'll be out. I am having back spasms..and all the B/S that goes with it. I was thinking of finishing this week with winny. and start my PCT the following week.

          IMHO, drop the winny asap, anything that makes you hard and tight will put pressure on nerves,

          You need to relaxe the back, not tighen it, you might be okay with test and deca, yet, the winny is not helping you heal

          Just my thoughts

            I had the same thing happen last year doing heavy behind the neck presses and breaking form to get the last rep up. I scaled back my dosages and kept running 300 mg of deca a week for the 3 weeks i was out of the gym. I exp no size loss and very little strength loss on the lifts that didnt involve pressing. I think going straight into PCT now would be a mistake as you would be unable to keep up your training. The test will help you hold onto muscle while you heal.

            Get your ass to a chiropracter he'll get the pressure off the nerve and help you get back in the gym faster. Mine is a life saver when it comes to keeping me in the gym and not on the couch aching.

              Rest and and get on PCT. Get the treatment you need and go from there
