    hey everyone, im a 6'3 276 lb ex football player w/ some extra pounds to cut off, i am about to get myself onto some clenbuterol to cut down for the next 8 weeks and then i plan on hitting the weights w/ my right hand man d-bol. i just want to know some details or dosages for both, and maybe even some advice on what im getting myself into or some advice on what i should do first. im actually going to turn my athleticism towards bodybuilding and i work at a GNC so the supps are readily available, so like i said, if you folks can shoot some knowledge my way i would greatly appreciate it. thanks!

      This assumes you're a first-time clen user:

      Here's how I'd do it if I were a first-time user: Cycle clen and ECA in two week on, two week off format. Each time you do a new two-week cycle of clen...you're gonna up the dose as long as your body can handle it:

      Cycle 1
      week1: 20mcg am, 20mcg mid-afternoon
      week2: 30 mcg am, 20 mcg mid-afternoon

      Cycle 2
      week1: 30mcg am, 20mcg mid-afternoon
      week2: 40mcg am, 20mcg mid-afternoon

      Cycle 3
      week1: 40mcg am, 30mcg mid-afternoon
      week2: 50mcg am, 30mcg mid-afternoon

      That should be plenty of clen for a first-timer. Be sure to take in 3-5 grams of Taurine daily along with A LOT of water to avoid cramping.

      As far as the Dbol goes...you have to give us your age and cycle history before we can dispense information about that. Are you currently working out? If so, how long have you been training hard? The way you phrased it, it sounds like you're someone who isn't lifting right now who plans on dieting with clen for 8 weeks and then picking up some weights afterwards. Please clarify.

        im not a big fan of clen... i dont think it works all that great and its terrible on the heart.

        Dbol alone is not a great idea... i would run Test 500/week and kick it off with 5 weeks of dbol 35-50mg ED

          d-bol alone is a very controversal topic but i wouldnt run it alone, with the liver toxicity and the water gain, run it with test or just run test alone.

            i'd use test and dbol togehter, test for about 10-12 weeks with the first 4 or 5, you'll see much better results than with just dbol

              I have used clen sveral times now and I am not happy with the results at all. Perhaps I was expecting too much. I would assume that if someone is looking to lose those extra couple of lbs before a show, it would work, but I didn't see anything that would make me buy it again. I'll just keep with the diet and cardio alone.

                I wouldnt use clen. I think anavar and some test would be cool. Onlything is that anavar cost a lot! I would have said Winstrol but I dont like the fact that winny makes you lose your hair and hurts your joints. So thats why I choose var and test!

                  I have found clen to be most effective when used with cynomel/cytomel t3. However, you run the risk of losing some of your hard earned muscle as well. Clen alone is ok at best. I used Asenlix (greenies) and loved them for fat burning. I have not seen many people mention them on these types or boards. Very popular amongst professional athletes for endurance and you do not feel all jittery like when using clen.
