  • Questions??????a dummy in this area

Hi, i don't know much mixing substances to loose fat while i train. Presently i'm taking Kyno-Cytomel and i was taking CLem, but my friend ran out of CLem? what should i do, stop everything until he get's the clem back, or just continue? in 4 weeks, i lost 15 pounds, but in the last week, nothing changed in my weight, i know i'm replcing fat with muscel, cause i'm at the gym 5-6 days a week...but i want the best mix to loose the fat...What should i do?
i was told to stop the kyno and Cytomel and go on the stanozolic for a full cylcle then once i'm over do another cycle of clem-kyno and cytomel... any thoughts? if i do stanozolic, how many pils a day do i take? there 10 mg each! i weigh 250 and mesure 6 feet tall.... help would be greatly appreciated.

no you should work on your diet and stop trying to put chemicals in your body you have no clue about.

there is no such substance as "clem" and cytomel will burn muscle as it does not distinguish between muscle and fat.

please post your age, your bf%, your diet, and your training schedule.

if you want to continue to look only for "chemical" advice, i recommend you leave because you will not acheive your goals until your basics are down pat.

stop putting chemicals in your body and understand the basics before you get all wrapped up and hurt yourself.

fitness is a lifestyle which is a marathon not a sprint. you are looking to sprint your way to the finish line which will only lead you back to fat.

list your diet - what you eat at each meal, what time you eat each meal.

many times people think they eat okay, but they most often are not.

please take the time to read through the nutrition forum and ask questions in there.

PLEASE - I BEG YOU PLEASE, do not take any more clen or t3. you do not need any other chemicals either.

          stop. now.

If that was possible, don't you think everyone would do it?

Not to be a dick here but from the sounds of it, you have not done any studying or research in this area. Until you do, work on a strict diet and cardio for your fat burning needs. Once you build the knowlegde and do your homework on this matter, then you will know what to try. Clen and cynomel/cytomel is good for fat burning but you will also likely burn away some of that precious muscle you have worked to gain.
