    Hey guys great site and information, really appreiciate it.

    Now we leave the ass kissing zone for the real deal.

    I'm 27, 6'2 225 with 19% body fat and I have been lifting for about 5 years now with the past 6 months going pretty hard and heavy. I also do a total of about 60-70miuntes of cardio per week and I take in only about maybe 2500 calories per day

    Unfortunately I am having a hard time trying to drop some body fat. I was thinking of doing a cycle of Winstrol as I have heard that it can help drop BF levels. I am not looking to gain any substantial size other than a few more arm inches, but I do want to drop some body fat.

    I was thinking of doing a cycle of Winstrol but I am not sure about it after reading some pros and cons. Any info on what I should do just to drop some body fat?

    Appreciate it.

    Winstrol isn't a "fat burner". In all honesty, if you aren't that concerned w/ putting on additional size, and are mostly looking at trying to burn some bodyfat, I think you need to look mostly at your DIET and exercise program and forget about the aas. Winstrol is mostly used for those trying to retain muscle mass while on low calorie diets in order to cut up. It can help w/ the appearance of hardness of the muscle, but if the muscle is buried under a layer of fat it will do no good. It can also help build muscle. I'd recommend posting your exact diet (or a sample) and exercise routine.

      you need to change your diet to drop body fat.

      why do you think and ANABOLIC steroid designed to add muscle will drop body fat?

      look into a thermo like ECA if you need a little boost.

          My diet:

          breakfast: Protein shake

          snack: slim fast x2 at different times

          lunch: Low calorie micro meal

          post work out: protein shake

          Dinner: small meal protein and vegtable.

          Not sure what else you might need. I'm just trying to get some lean mass and drop body fat as I will start doing TV in January.

            If you are drinking milk with your shakes, STOP! and start using water with them instead. If you do that then that should help a little. Make sure you stay away from any types of bread. Also, make sure you eat foods like oatmeal which for some reason has a real good effect on burning fat. Also a high calcium diet will help too. Yoplait yogurt helps. I wouldnt take an ECA stack unless you take some type of AAS because ECA stack is very catabolic which means yes it will burn the fat on your body really good but it will also eat away on your muscle. So if you do insist on using Winny the stack it with a ECA stack. Cause winny will be anti catabolic which will help with the destroyed muscle from the eca stack.

              bro, even for losing bf your not taking in enough calories -- the ones that you are for the most part are not very good--

                I reposted my diet in the nutrtion forum. Looking back at my diet and adding up the daily caloric intake I am barely taking in 1400 calories which is not good. I think this might even cause me to store fat maybe?
